"Lesson Larry" is a nickname my kids gave me — probably because I’m always turning something into a teaching moment (whether they asked for one or not).

So I figured: why not run with it?

This blog is where I’m going to say what I think, share what I’ve learned, and try to make sense of the stuff we’re all navigating — especially when it comes to special needs, systems that don’t make sense, and how to keep your sanity through it all.

You’ll hear some clichés here. And you know what?
Clichés are clichés for a reason.
They’re often true.
